PENGARUH MOTIVASI, KOMPENSASI DAN PENGEMBANGAN KARIR TERHADAP KINERJA TENAGA KEPERAWATAN RUMAH SAKIT AN-NISA TANGERANG

Abstrak

 

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Motivasi, Kompensasi dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Keperawatan Rumah Sakit AN-NISA Tangerang” yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis secara empiris mengenai variabel motivasi, kompensasi, dan pengembangan karir untuk tenaga kerja keperawatan di Rumah Sakit AN-NISA, Tangerang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel motivasi tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja, variabel kompensasi berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja, variabel pengembangan karir tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja dan yang terakhir variabel motivasi, kompensasi, dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja.

Abstrack

 

This research titled "Impact of Motivation, Compensation, and Career Development on Performance of nurse employee at AN-NISA Hospital, Tangerang" which purposes to find out and analyse empirically variables: motivation, compensation, and career development on nurse performance at AN-NISA Hospital, Tangerang. Based on the result, the researcher concludes that motivation variable doesn't affect partially on performance, compensation variabel affects partially on performance, career development variable doesn't affect partially on performance and motivation, compensation and career development variables affect simultaneously on performance.
