ANALISIS PENGARUH HARGA SAHAM DAN EARNING PER SHARE (EPS) TERHADAP LABA BERSIH

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of share prices and earnings per share (EPS) on net profit period 2012 – 2020. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of company financial statements. The method used in this research is a descriptive causality method with the variables Share Price (X1), Earning Per Share (EPS) (X2), and Net Profit (Y). Data analysis uses statistical testing with classical assumption tests, simple correlation tests, multiple correlation tests, determination tests, simple linear regression tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 18. The results of this research show that share prices and earnings per share (EPS) have a very strong relationship. Hypothesis testing in this research uses the t statistical test and F test with ɑ = 0.05 where these results indicate that share prices partially have no significant effect on PT's Net Profit. Adaro Energy Tbk, Earning Per Share (EPS) partially has a significant effect on Net Profit and simultaneously Share Price and Earning Per Share (EPS) have a significant effect on Net Profit.
