PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH, KOMPENSASI, DAN PENGEMBANGAN KARIER TERHADAP KINERJA GURU
Abstract
The aim of this research was to determine the effect leadership of head master, compensation, and career
development to performance of teachers. This type of research is quantitative with survey method of research.
This research took place in SMA Negeri 1 Kembang Jepara. The sample in this research were all teachers high
school SMA Negeri 1 Kembang Jepara as many as 32 people. Analysis based on multiple regresion. The results
obtained from this research indicate that leadership of head master is not a significant influence on the
performance of teacher, compensation is not a significant influence on the performance of teacher, career
development have a significant effect on the performance of teachers SMA Negeri 1 Kembang Jepara. Career
development has a significant influence on the performance of teachers, which means the teacher must
constantly develop its potential to increase its involvement in various professional development activities by
increasing its involvement in various activities of a professional development program through selfdevelopment, such as taking the time to enhance the professionalism associated with the field profession
teachers, increasing levels of formal higher education, scientific publications, can be done by trying to join
workshops and seminars, creating innovative work using the methods of learning an exciting and innovative in
teaching.
