Abstract


ABSTRACT- The Effect of Customer Relationship
Management, Product Quality and Consumer Trust
on Customer Loyalty. PT. Injaya Cipta Mandiri
Makmur is a plastic sack company in Banten. In its
management for 4 years in the third year experienced
a significant turnover decrease. This is caused by
various factors, including Customer Relationship
Management, Product Quality and Consumer Trust.
To analyze the problem, multiple regression analysis
with 100 samples was selected based on purposive
sampling with Customer Relationship Management
variables, Product Quality and Consumer Trust and
Customer Loyalty.In conclusion, this study proved
that 3 variables that have a positive effect are the
variables of Customer Relationship Management,
Product Quality and Consumer Confidence
significantly. Suggestions for variable Product
Quality so that companies always provide quality
products and improve good Consumer Trust.
